We usually reply within 1 to 2 working days. Telling us your phone model and the app version from the bottom of the Profile tab makes it much faster.

Common questions

• Is the app free? Yes. Every question, ticket and explanation is free for everyone. The app is supported by ads.
• I lost my progress. Progress, statistics and bookmarks are stored on your phone, not on our servers, so reinstalling the app or switching phones clears them.
• I cannot sign in. Try another method. Phone, Google and Apple all lead to the same account when they share an email address. If the code does not arrive, check that the number is correct and wait for the resend timer.
• A question or answer looks wrong. Please tell us the ticket number and the question, and we will check it against the rules and fix the bank.
• How do I change the language? Profile, then Settings. Uzbek Latin, Uzbek Cyrillic, Russian and Karakalpak are available.
• Deleting your account. Profile, then Account, then Delete account, or use our account deletion page.
