This Privacy Policy explains how the Imtihon Savollari mobile application (the "App", available on Android and iOS) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in, we store your first and last name and, depending on the method you choose, your email address or a unique identifier provided by Google, Apple, or Telegram. A phone number may be stored only if you provide it.
• Learning data — your test and exam results, scores, and the history of exams you have taken, so you can review them across your devices.
• Purchase records — when you buy a paid exam, we store the product, amount, status, and the payment transaction identifier. Payments are processed by Click; we do not receive or store your card details.
• Advertising data — the free, ad-supported parts of the App use Google AdMob, which may access a device advertising identifier to show ads.
• Technical data — basic information such as app version and device/OS type, and your IP address, used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To provide the tests and exams and sync your results across devices.
• To process payments and grant access to the content you purchase.
• To display advertising in the free parts of the App.
• To provide support, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum necessary information with the services that make the App work:

• Google — Sign-In and AdMob advertising (policy).
• Apple — Sign in with Apple (policy).
• Telegram — optional login via our bot (policy).
• Click — payment processing (click.uz).

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the App, or via our account deletion page. Your profile and learning data are removed; records required for financial or legal reasons (such as payment history) may be retained for the period required by law.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

6. Children

The App is intended for students preparing for university entrance exams and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and access to it is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
