These Terms govern your use of the Imtihon Savollari mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App is an educational tool that helps students prepare for university entrance exams through free practice tests and paid practice exams. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government body or official examination authority.

2. Accounts

Some features (paid content and personal history) require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account. Free tests can be used without an account.

3. Purchases and payments

• Paid exams are purchased through Click. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• Each purchase grants access to one exam attempt, delivered digitally and immediately.
• Because the content is digital and made available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, disrupting the service, or copying, redistributing, or reselling its content.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its questions, and other content are owned by us and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided for practice and self-assessment. We do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome, and results within the App are indicative only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is".

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
